Wholesale Terms & Conditions


Thank you for considering my illustrated greeting cards for your store. To apply to be a retail partner, please contact me via email at hello@sarahclement.com and we can chat there! But first, here are some details:

All cards Wholesale: $2.50 each

All cards come with a white envelope + plastic sleeve

Minimum Order Requirements
Minimum reorder: $75.00

Style/Item Quantity Minimums
Single Cards: 6 (ie. order in multiples of 6 for a specific design)

Ordering + Payment
Orders can be made thru email: hello@sarahclement.com. Send me the names and quantity of the cards you would like. I will send you an invoice through Freshbooks once shipping costs have been calculated. Payments can be made with Credit card, paypal, e-transfer or cheque. All payments are due at the time of shipment.

Sales Tax
I do not currently charge tax for my greeting cards.

Quantities, styles, colors and sizes are subject to availability. I try to keep the greeting cards listed on my website shop as up to date as possible.

All cards come with an envelope and in a clear cello sleeve.

Processed orders are shipped within 2-3 days. Shipping costs will be added at this time and included on your final invoice. Domestic and International orders ship via Canada Post. I offer International shipping, but please understand that I am not responsible for any international customs regulations or duties that may apply. Please confirm fees and regulations with your local customs office and allow a minimum of 2 weeks for shipments to arrive. Please let me know if you’d like to request special shipping.

Cancellations, Returns + Exchanges
All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order and will incur a 10% restocking fee. Returns are accepted on unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Returns and exchanges must be made and postmarked within a week of receiving your order. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (though shipping costs are non-refundable). Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.
